Assembled by Sandro Perri ad-hoc for a one-off gig in 2016 "Shoo: Horn" is a collection of live recordings documenting the collective improvisations of Allison Cameron, Nicole Rampersaud, Sandro Perri and Josh Cole in Toronto from 2016-2018. That first gig at Array Space might have been a one-off if it were not for Matt Nish-Lapidus casually offering to record the gig at sound check. Listening back to that recording encouraged the four improvisers to gather regularly over the next two years at various locations around the city welcoming to their brand of quietly improvised noise.
